Dear Scotty,
Just a brief note to tell you that my beloved brother, Patrick Pearson (or ‘Pancho’ to your gang), died this morning.
You’ll already have known from Martin Farrell and Charlie Bond that Pat was in hospital and then a Care Home for the last three months.
He suffered much in his last years, having had a stroke 12 years ago, and then fell victim to a family inherited illness in the last three months.
But throughout he was blessed by the extraordinary love and support of his wife, Marilyn, and sons, Adam and Neil.
He’s now at peace.
RIP Patrick Pearson 9/11/1952 - 14/2/2023
Best wishes
Chris Pearson

Above is a great photo [if very old "1970"] of (from left to right): Pat "Pancho" Pearson, Scotty [Don] Macdonald, Kevin "Charlie" Bond, Tim "don't let them shoot" Kelly, in South Wales.
Pat Pearson was at Clapham College in the 1960s and went on to do Geography A-Level [with Brother Christopher] along with myself, Kevin Bond, and Tim Kelly. We went for a week to Dale Fort in Pembrokeshire for a Geography Field Trip.
Pancho had a great time, loved the atmosphere, the views and the girls from Chatham High School! I lost touch with Pancho for a long time, then heard via other Xaverians of his struggles with illness. It would be hard to find a kinder, nicer, gentler bloke than Pat.
