COXA members private invitation to come and see this glorious garden, the day before it is open to the general public, is an absolute must! If you have never been before, (shame on you), do make the effort now...you won't be disappointed.

We arrive at 11am and take a leisurely stroll around the beautiful, fascinating garden which is so lovingly looked after by the Richins clan. Then Jake, Carol and Amelia will supply the tea along with some truly fabulous rock cakes! All we have to do is turn up with biscuits, cakes or snacks of our own, and then a relaxed garden tea party will ensue.
