I am writing to let you know that my husband, David Martin, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of Monday 12th January 2026. David was 83, a month short of his 84th birthday.

You may have been aware that he had been fighting various cancers for almost 10 years, and 2025 had been particularly difficult, so at the end it was a relief for him.

His funeral has been arranged for:
