I was the National Rifle Association UK, Official Photographer 2004 - 2011.

The Media has changed over the years and so have I: currently, old and knackered. Now in the Digital Age, crunching numbers works for me, with my trusty 5-laptops, 2-W11, 2-W10, 1-Vista (for Archive Software); why 5, because I don't decommission 'em and then bin 'em. It's a good homeopathic test of my brain; now in later life?

In 1978, I was UK National Long Range Pistol Champion and have a B&W photo of me receiving the Trophy from the OC Royal Marines Poole.
In 1986, I donated the Winning Revolver a S&W 44Magnum to the Imperial War Museum.
Recently, it occurred to me that 1986 was ½ my current lifetime ago.
I contacted the IWM, with a view to be reacquainted with the .44Magnum. It's a 'no-go', Now a Prohibited Weapon not to be accessed by the public.
I suggested a resolution: Exhibit the 44Magnum in a Display Case on the Museum Floor, for a short season; it's what museums do. I, along with members of the public could view the item. I attached coloured images, as below; to add narrative to the 1986 donation. Awaiting a reply ?

I like my PHOTOSHOP. All my tweaks start with kicking the image through Photoshop.
