A nervy start from Clapham led to an early RC goal.
10 minutes later, Clapham were level from a long range free kick from Ashley.
20 minutes in and Clapham had still not settled and suddenly RC were awarded a soft penalty... 2-1.
If Clapham were winning the league today, they were going to have to do it the hard way.
On the half hour mark, COXA got it back 2-2, good work down the wing was pulled for Harty so slot home and 2 minutes later, Clapham finally got their noses in front.
A free kick from Ashley was flicked on by Dom for Harty to stab home.
By the 40th minute mark, Harty had completed his hat trick and goal 29 of an outstanding season - the ball was worked well in the channel and put into Harty with his back to goal, turned a smashed it home.
Half time 4-2
In the 2nd half COXA were smelling blood and started playing quickly, some lovely football got Andre in whose shot was well saved by the goalkeeper, but found its way out to Ashley on the edge of the box, who dropped his shoulder and slotted home for 5-2.
5 became 6 with a lovely ball over the top from Ashley to Andre who rounded the goal keeper.
There was still time for some more action and Clapham 7th was a beautiful goal. Keeping the ball with every player touching it in the build up they carved open the RC defence for Andre to score.
RC scored a late free Kick.
Final score 7-3 and the Clapham 1st have completed the League and Cup double.
