At the Memorial Mass held for Colin Garvey on Wednesday 19th March at St Mary's, Moorgate, former principle of SFX, Stella Flannery, presented the Garvey family with a 'Colin Garvey Memorial' print set in a gold picture frame.

Beautiful in its design, it captures the heart of a man shaped by faith and devotion to others. In every one of the many roles Colin took on - Teacher, Head Teacher, Chairman, Governor, Chair of Governors, and Papal Knight - he gave his time, his compassion, and so much of himself to his community. His life was a quiet example of service, humility, and strength. But above all, it was his kindness, his friendship, and the way he guided and supported so many of us that will stay with us always.
