Some you will have known Dave ‘the ref’ Donnelly. He sadly passed away last Monday from a heart attack which he suffered a couple of days previous and never recovered. Age 64 years. He leaves a wife and son.

I have received funeral arrangements from John McGuire:

“Thursday 20th June David’s remains will brought to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Burnt Ash Hill, at 7:30 p.m. ( near Lee train station with refreshments afterwards in the Church Hall)

On Friday 21st June David’s requiem mass will start at 12.30 pm with burial thereafter at Grove Park Cemetery.

David attended our lunch on many occasions and was a great ‘Eagles man’. May he rest in peace.
