Annual Remembrance Day Mass

This year's Remembrance Day Mass was said by Fr. Eric Mead in the College chapel at 11:00 am on Sunday, 9th November. Refreshments, including the traditional bacon rolls, were served in the College after Mass.  Thirty Clapham Old Xaverians, of all ages, and their wives and partners were present to hear Mr. Cecil Pocock read the lessons; listen to Fr. Mead's interesting and thought provoking sermon; pray for deceased former teachers and pupils  and meet old friends.

Chairman's Luncheon

As in previous years Clapham Old Xaverians from North America and several European countries have already indicated their intention to attend the 2009 Chairman's Luncheon, which will be held in the England Suite at the Oval, Kennington on Friday, 30th January. Among those who have already accepted the Chairman's recent invitation are: Laurie Mullane; Sean O'Sullivan; Rich Clark; John Quirk; John Wentworth; John Coletta; John Keenan; Paul Keenan; Bill Kidd; Tom Judge; Philip Roderick-Jones; Henry Pinsent; Kevin Williamson; Scotty MacDonald and Franco Cornelli. Reservations should be made by Monday, 19th January.
